MainCare is required to keep your health information private. One of the ways MaineCare does this is by telling you about your privacy rights. Please read the "Notice of Privacy Practices" below. It tells you how MaineCare uses and gives out your health information. It also explains MaineCare’s duties and your rights. Please call us at (866) 543-2387 with questions.
