Welcome to MaineCare's Free Care Management Benefit
Schaller Anderson Medical Administrators, Inc. (SAMAI) works with MaineCare to help MaineCare members. You may be eligible for the MaineCare care management benefit if you have one or more chronic conditions such as:
- High blood pressure
- Heart disease
- Diabetes
- Lung disease
- Asthma
SAMAI may also work with you if you are pregnant or need out of state medical care. It is a free service to you. We can help coordinate services and work with your regular Primary Care Provider on your care. We will contact you by mail or phone if you are eligible.
